MIRROR SOULS
In him, I see myself...
The torment of my soul.
I hear the whispers of pain,
And the cry of tomorrow that never came.
He keeps to himself, and I to my own.
Everyone needs someone, but could I be wrong?
I cant reach myself, I must discover him.
We are both silent people, hidden away within.
Creatures of the night call us by name.
Perhaps he cries out in sorrow the same.
A soul-mate is special, for life it remains.
But if the soul is cursed,
does the mate have a claim?
I sense my name on his mind,
But he is too secluded to think it.
Ill reach out my hand,
But he probably wont take it.
I must break through, the fact is grim...
In myself, I see him.
